If for any reason your GTPLAYER products are damaged, malfunctioning or have any issues, GTPLAYER will take full responsibility for your product within 1 year after the purchase date on most items.

Extend your warranty from 1 to 2 years*:

1. Take a photo of your new GTPLAYER product. Make sure you get a great shot of your set-up!

2. Post a review of the product (on the product page)and show the reason why you recommend the product.

3. Mail the Screenshot with your Order ID to eu@gtplayerchair.com. We will review your comment and tell you if the warranty can be extended.


For GTPLAYER ACE Series :

Have your warranty extended to a total of 5 Years when you show us a review of your ACE Series chair!

1. Take photos of your new GTPLAYER ACE Series Chair.

2. Post a review of the product (on the product page) with at least 5 photos and show the reason why you recommend the product.

3. Mail the Screenshot with your Order ID to eu@gtplayerchair.com. We will review your comment and tell you if the warranty can be extended.


*Note: The warranty period can only be extended if purchased on the official website.

All GTPLAYER customers qualify for full access to our no questions asked warranty immediately after purchase. If you ever have any inquiry's regarding whether or not your product is still under warranty just email us at eu@gtplayerchair.com and inquire about your warranty status. We will ask for:

  1. Your Full name 
  2. Your Address
  3. Your Order Number

TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department at eu@gtplayerchair.comand advise them of the nature of the issue. Customer Service will provide you with information as to how to proceed.
  2. Please remember, product returned for warranty claims must be accompanied by the original order number as well as written details regarding the nature of the problem, the location of the product, etc.
  3. If your product is returned, please retain a copy of the shipping information for your records.
